They have no real intention to fix your issue after you buy from them

They literally ignore the customer's issues. Instead of solving the problem, they will make you wait extra extra times and days. And trying to reach out to them is the hardest thing. Never ever going to use this application again.

Hi, After multiple emails, i never received an call back or response in email chain for my request for return my glasses whose lens fell of on the second day of usage. Build quality was bad on one of the clip on glasses I received. Id - INTR86816

There is no sharing option when a product is opened. You have AI feature but no basic sharing option for iOS.

We have bought frames and lenses worth rs 17000+ from Lenskart through your person visited at home. But after selling the product the person or Lenskart is not bothered about the customer. We called the person through whom we purchased and he assured us to come and check the problem but even after more than one month he didn’t visited our house to rectify the problem. Thanks for the last time purchase

With completely denied location & such preferences, app is still fetching location which is too secretive and not something I would like. Not permitted from my end but still reading my privacy means the backend logic is working to enter into what I am not allowing it to.

There should be an option to mention the complaint

I requested for home service at an affordable price with an eye expert( ophthalmologist) . And after a review, he prescribed a lens for me and I received it with two days. Good service and customer care

The app does not allow browsing through Indian product while being outside india Can’t user purchase items to sent as gift to some one in india while Being outside india ???

It is very difficult to reach out to Customer Care. There’s a toll-free number but it is useless. I have ordered two glasses and one went missing and not delivered. I called the customer care call toll free number, there is no option there to reach out to a human being. The only option left out is to chat with Customer Care agent through to the app. English language proficiency is required for that purpose. What about a common native speaker of any other official languages in India? Total disaster

They provided buy one get one free, but they only shipped the free one which was the cheaper one. Then when I called customer service, they have to get all full name, phone number, address, and full credit card info including the code one the back. Then they asked for a second credit/debit card number before they can process the issue. At this point they still didn’t ask for order number. Then they asked me to call another phone number which turned out to be a phone number 411 line. Call the customer service line again and got no answer.

The quality of frames is just amazing in such an affordable price 👍🏻 And the staff is so coordinating 😊 Thanks a lot to Lenskart ❤️

Placed an order on 4/10 and never received. No one sent an order status, no replies to emails or WhatsApp messages. They don’t have a U.S number to call. Very dissatisfied!!

Customer reps have very poor knowledge and no control. There is no escalation metrics. They screw up every order. 2nd time with incorrect lens dimensions. Never opt for lenskart else get the specs checked properly when you reveive

Good app with lots of neat tricks for in store and online purchases. Sometimes navigation can be hard

Worst app ever first they gave gift voucher and said validity never expired but after two days app saying code is wrong on Lenskart app I sent several email to customer care they replied try in browser and now my login password not working when I try to click forget link even that link not opening anything

When I took eye check in Lenskart they gave a wrong power and for the return/exchange of that product they are taking so long that the patients eye sight might change with headache. So ordered a new glass too but they are not able process it in time as expected and there is lot of delay. DMSO cancelling all orders

I placed an order for a pair of eyeglasses prepaid and after a day they are again asking for payment for the same order which is already being paid. This was my first transaction and I ended up like this, they won't reply to your mail, call them they assured you that it will be resolved but when it comes to action there is nothing.

All i can do is to check 3d cause delivery is not available in nepal ..
